EU withdrawals

Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. This applies to orders delivered to an EU country.

Your right

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason. If your order has not yet shipped you can cancel it; if it has arrived you can return it.

What you get back

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard (cheapest) outbound delivery cost, without undue delay and within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods (a prepaid return label is provided to make this easy).
